Tour & Meeting Schedule

  • The Meeting/Tour is held the First and Third Wednesday of every month!
  • Breakfast & Networking: 8:00am - 8:30am
  • Meeting begins at 8:30am SHARP!
 
 

 

Arcadia / Camelback Tour Rules & Regulations

  1. Homes must be a minimum list price of $299,000 and fall in the specified tour boundaries.
  2. Listing agent must be a member of the Arcadia/Camelback Tour Group and pay the $100.00 yearly membership fee. Members must attend 2 of the last 3 meetings to have their listing considered for tour.
  3. Listing agent must pay a $25 fee for each home toured
  4. Listing agent or licensed assistant must be present at tour meeting on the day the home is to be toured.
  5. Listing agent must tour the other homes on the tour and be present at the last home.
  6. Home must have a fully executed listing contract.
  7. There are no FSBO signs allowed. The listing must have a company sign in the yard. If no sign, an open house shield must be present.
  8. Agents acknowledge that they may be asked to host lunch if their home is the last on Tour
  9. If agent cancels property that was placed on tour two (2) times - property will not be eligible to be placed on tour again for three (3) months.
  10. No Refunds!
